Facilities Managers will focus on ensuring that your facility assets are in top condition by maintaining, repairing, and upgrading them to support the primary objectives of your club. Some of these include increasing revenues for the benefit of other areas within the business; gaining a certain amount of influence within scouting circles (foreign players); attracting future youths as well as family members after having watched their favorite team play at home or away; providing better training facilities for coaches, referees, and support staff; improving social aspects by supplying tasty meals after matches
