# Cup Competitions

## Galatico Super Cup

A super cup is a competition, usually but not exclusively, in association football, which often forms the 'curtain raiser' to a season, and typically involves only two teams who have qualified through success in other competitions during the previous season.

It is typically contested on a Champions level by two competition winners of the previous season: the national knock-out cup winner and the highest level league champion.

This tournament invites the winner of the previous season's Champion's League and Champion's Cup.

Prize pool includes a soulbound NFT Trophy share of ticketing revenues and player bets.

## The Champions Cup

This tournament invites the top six clubs of the previous season of every Champion's League to compete in a home and away elimination format.

## The League Cup

This tournament invites the bottom six clubs of the previous season of every Champion's League to compete in a home and away elimination format.

## Elite Cup

Winners of all League levels compete in a home and away elimination format. This is a chance for upcoming clubs to prove their worth to veteran opponents.

## Sponsored Cup

From time to time, Galactico game developers will work with partners to establish tournaments for the community.

## PVP Cups & Training Matches

Players can arrange their own player vs player cups including playing versus other clubs for friendly matches.
