Club Management
In the game, every matchday you will need to pick your team's starting 11, substitutes, formation, style of play, and tactics. However, there is more to your role than just 90-minute matches. You can also dip your toes into the transfer market, buying players to bolster your squad depth or selling players to improve your financial situation. As a manager, you'll also need to train your players and manage their morale.
There are 4 types of permission levels in the game.

Player training sessions can be held between matches. You can select which attributes you want to focus on for each player, and then return to training to watch your players hone their skills. Some players will unlock new positions over time, depending on how you train them

Player Transfers
Non Player Characters (NPCs) who come through your academy can play for your squad and represent the club in matches. You are able to sign players when they are under 21, and either release them or hold onto them for as long as possible. For example, you might keep a player for a few years before releasing him if other clubs are bidding for his services. If he is released from your academy before he reaches the age of 21, it will be possible for another club to bid on him at the time of transfer in a market auction.

Field Tactics
Tactical flexibility is the key to success in football. Choosing a formation allows you to make adjustments throughout a match: substitutions and rotations can alter your team's overall strategy on the fly. You may even switch formations mid-match, depending on your opponent's tactics and your players' fitness levels.

Your home ground is a crucial piece to the football puzzle, and has a responsibility to match your club's ambitions. The stadium plays host to many matches in your club’s normal season, and can feature upgrades that let you flex your financial muscles or influence the on-field performance of your team. In principle, there are four major factors associated with the home field advantage: crowd involvement, travel fatigue, familiarity of facilities, and referee bias that benefits the home teams.
