Players are generated from all levels of the club and are predicted on their ability to reach full potential as a talent that can be utilized by any level of the first team or academy environment.

When youth players reach 21 years of age, they are free to leave the club.

Transfer Fees

Player Loans

Player loans are a great way to acquire a player with little or no transfer fee. The rules of Loans are easy and relatively straightforward – they can be triggered by the club, or the player. There is a maximum length of time a player can be loaned out, but it’s up to the player to decide when they return. For example, if you want your goalkeeper to go on loan, for example, to help him gain experience and get match fit, then he can only do that for 90 days or so at most.

Loans are a great way to give young players a taste of first team football, and can be useful if you’re managing a lower-league club or don’t have much money to spend. There are, however, some caveats – ‘Fees’ and ‘Agreed Playing Time’ being the most important ones.
